Headache is one of the most common pains that pregnant women suffer from, especially in the first trimester. It often decreases during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, due to the stability of hormone levels in your body.

 Some causes of headaches in pregnant women.
 Low blood sugar level.
 Nausea, lack of sleep and poor nutrition.
 Hormonal changes.
 Quitting caffeine.
 Some pregnant women also suffer from migraine, which is a specific type of headache that occurs on one side of the head.
 It is recommended for pregnant women to treat migraines and other headaches without medication.
 Get enough rest and sleep.
 Eat regular, healthy meals that contain vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, and divide the meal into several small meals during the day to maintain blood sugar levels and prevent headaches.
 Put a warm towel over your eyes and nose if you have a sinus headache.
 Some things that may cause a migraine should be avoided.
 - Chocolate
 Yogurt, peanuts
 - preserved meat
 - caffeine
 Strong smells, loud noises, emotional stimuli such as stress

 If you have an increased headache for a long time, or the headache is accompanied by other symptoms, you should go to your doctor to make sure that there is no disease problem.

 Pregnant women are prevented from taking painkillers for headaches without consulting their doctor, because most painkillers are not safe during pregnancy, as they cause many damages to the fetus, such as background defects, miscarriage, low amniotic fluid for the fetus, and premature birth.
 Pregnancy is a very sensitive period during which the pregnant woman must take extreme caution and consult a doctor before taking any medication.
